    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

FOR SENATE BILL 41, as amended

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

1. Strike all items of Senate Floor Amendment number 1.

 

     2. On page 3, line 6, strike "or".

 

     3. On page 3, line 8, strike the period and the closing

quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

 

     4. On page 3, between lines 8 and 9, insert:

 

                "(5) second degree criminal sexual penetration, as

provided in Section 30-9-11 NMSA 1978."".

 

     5. On page 3, line 11, remove the brackets and the line through "OFFENSES AGAINST CHILDREN" and after "CHILDREN", insert a double dash.

 

     6. On page 3, line 16, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

 

     7. On page 3, line 18, after "1978", insert "or a third or fourth degree felony as provided in Section 30-9-13 NMSA 1978".
